Depending on which county.. I live in Sussex and I think both the Seaford FCU (millsboro and seaford), and County Bank (many locations throughout county), are great local banks. :O)

Credit unions are good, for sure! Although, we bank at First National Bank of Wyoming, Delaware! Love them! Oh, and I do have a small account at ING, too!
