Dogfish Head Restaurant was serving this AMAZING Punkin Butternut Squash Soup using their Punkin Ale @ the Farmer & the Chef event. It's on their menu in Rehoboth. Go NOW!
Also, Grotto Pizza has a delicious Pumpkin Gelato!

Well, if you're up in the Hockessin area, Woodside Dairy has pumpkin ice cream! Yummy!
Dos Locos in Rehoboth has pumpkin margaritas (which, while not a *dish*, are delicious). Have a bunch and forget you didn't actually eat.
