Killens Pond has nice trails or you could do the levels of roads at the canal under the bridges if you want flat dirt roads
the area around and in brandywine creek state park and wood lawn trusties land is nice with lots of trails.
White clay creek in newark off 896: de isn't very hilly, this place is as hilly as it gets. Beautiful, large and small trails, well marked and well maintained. Aka carpenter state park. Lums pond also in ncc, but not as nice. Blackbird forest near smyrna, killens pond near frederica and cape henlopen state park are all nice as well.
