I would say Petsmart. The staff is always there to help and friendly.
Their prices are way better than petkare.

I find it a toss up between Petsmart and Petco. They are both full service, have just about anything you need for all tyoes of animals and their $ are about the same. They usually alternate sales between the 2 every other week just as regular grocery stores do.
