If you like anejo tequilla, the bartender at the Back Porch in Rehoboth makes great ones. I have seen them being made, he does not use any sour mix, pure limes. He makes them in advance for that night. He takes a huge professional lime squeezer, squeezes like a grove of limes, funnels the juice and adds anejo, cointreau, sugar water and a "secret" final item...makes them all up into small batch bottles with a cork in them and chills them down to just above freezing....They are then served in a small tumbler. They are awesome.

The bartender's name is "B" and he is likely the best bartender in the state. The bar here is great too, old time, with top hard to find wines and liquors!

Try them sometime.

I agree, Agave in Lewes makes some amazing margaritas. If you're downtown Rehoboth, the Iguana Grill on Baltimore Ave is solid and has the best tequila selection in the area.
