Depends on what kind of good price you're looking for, but I've been going to Colour Roxx in Newark for a few months and I love them! For a cut/color/highlight I haven't yet paid over $150. For me, that's a good price because their service is top notch.

I go to Town Hair Salon in People's Plaza. It's about $22 for a haircut if you don't get a blow-dry. They take walk-ins, but it's a more upscale salon than the chains. I actually like that, because I like having a different stylist every time. You can also make appointments with a particular stylist if you like.

I've also heard good things about Serenity Spa in Chesapeake City. I haven't been there yet, but thinking about checking it out next time I need a cut.

Hair Cuttery in College Square is awesome. The haircuts are under $20, and they do an awesome job....
